Believe Women FREE Colorwork Chart

September 2018
After watching Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee, I kind of wanted to curl up in a ball and pretend there’s nothing I can do.
But, of course, there is something I can do – something we can all do.
BELIEVE WOMEN.
I humbly offer this colorwork chart, which I am currently contemplating adding to everything in my knitwear closet, as a way to not only release some of the tension and anxiety and trauma that today’s hearing triggered but also as a way to let your voice be heard even when you can’t bring yourself to open your mouth.
And, yeah, call your elected representatives, too.

Elect Women FREE Colorwork Chart
October 2018

‘Tis the season… Election season! And, personally, I’d like to see a whole bunch more women in elected office.
Emblazon this message on knitwear that already exists in your wardrobe or make something new. I envision the stacked version on the wide brim of a stockinette-only hat, while the side-by-side version would fit on just about any stockinette hat brim. I trust y’all to find lots of places to put this chart, though.
Colors indicated are just suggestions, though the bold red check in the black voting square looks pretty cool to me.
